I never write bad reviews but where to start? Absolute waste of money. Booked a LVL lash lift, couldnt even tell the difference in my lashes and I messaged them to let them know and they asked me to come to the store to have a look. Went to the store for both workers (they are mother and daughter) to start speaking very rudely with me telling me my lashes had been lifted and taking pictures of my eyes without my consent. They then showed me the pictures trying to prove that they were lifted but they were taking the pictures from underneath my eyelid so of course they would look lifted. They tried to gaslight me into believing that my lashes were super lifted and you could tell the difference even though you barely could. Barely stepped into the room and they started ambushing me with comments like your expectations for a lash lift were too high. Like ??? How unprofessional and rude. Will never be using their services again. When you come in for a consultation they are so fake and pretend to get along with you only for when things dont work out they get so angry and rude. In the end they agreed to giving half a refund back and even then I paid by bank transfer and Emma gave me cash practically throwing it into my hand, which again highlights how unprofessional this establishment is. Really disgusted with the way they treat their clients. Edited update: I did NOT become argumentative, I was so calm and I can not believe that they are accusing me of all this. After I wrote my review they messaged me on Instagram calling me a nasty and horrible person. Again, just goes to show how unprofessional and childish they are and look at how they reacted when a customer wasnt happy, absolutely disgusting! Who would want to go here after being treated like this. Oh, and after they called me nasty and horrible they blocked me on Instagram. Absolutely embarrassing for the workers.
