        Georgina was really helpful and lovely. Service was very professional, polite and lovely. I had a Dermaplane treatment with a lashlift and tint. Very friendly service. My eyelash lift was alot more lifted than I expected. The Dermaplane was really amazing. I had never experienced it before but Georgina was very supportive in making me understand the process and what it does and after my treatment I was shown the excess that had came off. I was given advice and aftercare treatment. I also can honestly say I will definitely be going again when needed for either treatment. I would highly recommend this salon and treatments from Georgina.

        Georgina did my Nouveau Lashes and I absolutely love them! She was so detailed in her explanations from start to finish and gave a full comprehensive after care. Booked in for my infills and Brows with her. I couldnt go elsewhere now. She's brilliant and I highly recommend her

      • There was nothing wrong with my eyes, but she kept forcing me to sign a document, saying it seemed to be bloodshot. Then I asked her if she would do the procedure after seeing the doctor, and she said she couldn't return the reservation fee. I don't care if I don't get my reservation back. But I don't understand her rudeness of forcing the customer to sign a document waiving treatment and reservations on a whim even though she's not a doctor. I think she was purely worried that I would ask for a refund of the reservation fee. I didn't mean to do that from the beginning, but I was angry. She said she couldn't even if we asked a doctor if there was nothing wrong. Now I understand why the previous reviews were a mess. I gave her more tips than the reservation fee. She said in the UK, This is how it is," and made racist remarks. I will never go there again. I felt quite humiliated by being forced to sign.
