I always feel extremely taken care of by Kuldip and always look forward to seeing her. She's absolutely the best for any beauty procedure and makes me feel beautiful on the inside and out. She is always honest with what she feels I need and makes sure its within my budget. She's genuine, kind and caring but most importantly, she knows exactly what she's doing. She's very knowledgeable and experienced with a great eye. Nothing but great things to say about Serenity and the family. I highly recommend! I am extremely happy with the service I received whilst visiting the serenity clinic :) I had booked a skincare consultation and Kuldip was very helpful in explaining everything after my face was scanned. She showed me the damage the sun had done to my face even though it is not visible (yet). Thankfully, it is reversible so I will be going back to take care of those issues. In addition to the helpful explanations, Kuldip also gave extremely useful advice relating to food and drink. I am very happy that I chose this clinic and that too now rather than wait another couple of years. I have a plan of action now to tackle my skin issues and I am looking forward to booking my next appointment. I would certainly recommend to anyone who is concerned about their skin issues.

Have been visiting Serenity for over 8 years. Kuldip is amazing, her advice and treatments for skin care is second to none my skin looks amaxing now. I initally only used to have waxing due to quality and how clean the salon is and now just have everyting here. Can't thank Kuldip enough
