I went to this beautician for an eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint and eyelash tint. I have had eyebrow waxes before and experienced slight redness which later fades. I informed the lady that I have never had an eyelash tint before. I've unfortunately had a very bad allergic reaction to the tint. I said at the time that my eyes were stinging, but I was reassured. I was told that it's nothing to worry about and it can happen. 3 days later, and I still have sore,itchy,red, and swollen eyes and spots all above my eyebrows. To which I have been to GP about. This has caused me a lot of discomfort and pain. I went in to inform them and was offered no refund or apology. I was not patch tested for this, and I have since learned that all salons must do a patch test before treatments. I'm very upset to have had this experience as I was recommended this salon. Georgia is very good at what she does. I take my mom to get her nails/waxing done she is disabled she always great with her, polite friendly, professional, and takes great care in what she does 100% recommend
