Horrible experience and they never pick up the phone or reply to emails! They filed my nails too much and I can barely touch anything. I called the shop and complained about the treatment but she said that someone was going to call me back. But guess what? No one ever called me back or even reply to my refund request! They completely ignored me! I would never recommend to visit the shop. I expected to be a nice place but its the opposite.

Had my nails done here over a week ago now . My first visit to Jennifer's Beauty Salon very impressed with my nails lovely friendly staff lovely clean salon definitely will be returning Kelly

I initially booked my gel manicure and pedicure face to face when I walked in after seeing the salon whilst walking past. After being ignored for several minutes by the only technician who was near the reception area, I was acknowledged and pointed over to another worker, who had entered. Most of the girls seem lovely. However, I was booked in for the wrong day... which could have been resolved in time, if I had received the confirmation email and text messages as promised. I turned up on the wrong day, which was very embarrassing. Then rebooked for the day after. When I got home I got a call asking if I could change the appointment time yet again. This made it very difficult to trust that I would ever get the services which I wanted so I had to cancel altogether. What a shame and a waste of my time.
