Shes very friendly and polite, makes you feel at home instantly and really takes her time with what shes doing rather than rushing and messing it up. Shes so so gentle as well despite how knotted curly hair can get. You can tell she knows what shes doing and shes amazing at it! My hair went from looking damaged and frizzy to looking the healthiest it has looked in ages.
