The salon is average, not in any way high end, the lady called me for my patch test, I was two minutes late and she was clearly not happy. I'm early for my next appointment and I was waiting over rt minutes for my app because she was running behind and didn't even apologise. Unless you get a Groupon like I did , I would not recommend. Have visited twice now for Derma Pen microneedling treatment on a small facial scar and the results are fantastic. The treatment has worked better than expected at reducing the size and improving the appearance of the scar. My whole face was treated and the rest of my skin has been completely rejuvenated. Very impressed with the treatment, results and Harborne Laser Clinic.

I have just finished my course of treatments at the Harborne Laser Clinic - it was the best place I could've found. The lady who runs the clinic really knows her stuff - she has a fantastic laser machine - far superior to ones I have used in the past. She not only explains why the laser machine is better, but the results are fantastic and I can see for myself how much better this machine is that previous places I have used. She is very accommodating with appointments, very professional during treatments and friendly. Her prices are excellent too. Dr erum lovely women makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed whilst having treatment I reccomend for anyone who has unwanted hair I have pcos and in 1 session my facial hair growth has stopped coming back as quick as it used to when it does it's not as coarse as it used to be honestly this treatment has been a god send amazing is an understatement Service: Laser hair removal
