I have been using this salon for 2 years and am very grateful for the great service. Nancy and Marcy are great. Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be going in the future.

purchased a Groupon with expiry date 30th,December, was planning on using it near Christmas. Around the end of November, I received an email from Groupon stating the shop is not taking any booking for December but, not to worry my voucher will be extended and, to contact the shop January... me being me I thought I'd double check with the shop so I called them, (December) explained everything to the lady, she said 'no problem' fast forward to January, gave them a curtesy call and explained again, even had a little chat with the lady about our birthdays being in January!! check your phone records mine ends in 09. again said yes that's fine I then went to the shop but, unfortunately the lady was not in that day. so called again in a few weeks explained again, then said pop in for a consultation which I did she asked about the voucher so I showed her she then said 'No I cant take that voucher' telling me I should have used it in November (Cheeky) yet I said why should I when I had till December of course I was embarrassed, I did argue the fact explaining and questioning why I was told otherwise!? or that she kept saying was, that she cant take it. so, I left the shop as was not getting any logic from this lady. she need to learn some basic business etiquette. what, should have happened is: she should've: apologised for the inconvenience caused. followed by the same hair deal for the same priced paid as the voucher. Now that would have been fair and, in fact a lot nicer. she handled it very poorly.

Nancy and Marci are lovely and the vibe is on point but nancy doesnt listen to what the customer wants maybe because of language barrier but you ask her for something she say yes yes and then dont do it
