The worst salon I have ever been to. Where do I even start... they were late starting my treatments and then they finished before the time was up. I dont think she was even a beautician, she wasnt in salon clothes like the other lady was (the other lady doing the nails was lovely, very polite to me) but the lady that done a massage and a facial to me, and she really didnt know what she was doing, she pressed down on me SO hard that I actually have bruising today!!! Ive never in my life, had bruising from a massage, nor did it hurt so much when having it done! I could not relax at all. I have bruising on my colour bones and my ribs! She burped in my face while she was doing my facial which made me feel sick (she was eating a breakfast when I walked in for my appointment, thats why she was late starting, she kept saying Ive got 6 minutes even when it was past my appointment time. The towel they give you to cover yourself with is so tiny! It didnt cover me up so I was very uncomfortable the whole time, not to mention the actual pain from the massage! And she pulled every one of my fingers to crack them... I hate this, I never crack my fingers and I hate the feeling of them being pulled out! when I walked in, the staff were in the kitchen making drinks and I could hear them talking about another client (slagging then off) and then it made me think, I wonder what they will say about me when I leave! Very unprofessional and not polite in the slightest. It was my first time here and I definitely will not be returning. Even though I had a head massage, a facial and a back massage (was meant to be 30 mins each) and I was only there for 45/50 minutes (10 of these spent getting undressed/prepared), I couldnt wait to get out. The lady even said Im grumpy today so I need to eat which didnt fill me with confidence. Maybe I went on a bad day? Whos knows but my experience was awful. I never write reviews and I didnt want to do this, but after waking up to my bruises and my sore skin, I thought it was needed!!! As I wouldnt have gone if I had known this before.
