I called up to try and make an appointment for eyebrow threading the lady who picked up the phone her English was not great at all was really difficult to understand her and her me I had to ask her to repete herself three times something along the lines of she had somebody booked in at the time i wanted and something about could i come 15min before to which i replied no i couldnt she didnt ask if i could of attended after which i could of but i wasnt offered that and i just thourght forget it not going to bother trying to explain that to the lady incase she wrote the wrong time or date down i booked somewhere else straight after im sure they are lovley ladies but if they arnt clear over the phone people are just going to give up and call somewhere else like i did.
