Ive been having waxing with Ravi for years and always been extremely pleased. Ravi is lovely and Ive got to know her so well! Wouldnt go to anyone else now. I then decided to go down the laser route which has been the best decision Ive made! I've just had my first laser hair removal session with the lovely Ravi, and I cannot recommend her enough! I was super nervous, but she made me feel at ease straight away and was so supportive throughout the whole session. The facilities are clean and professional, and you can really tell that she cares about what she does. What I appreciate the most is that she takes the time to explain everything in detail about the whole process so you're informed and happily answers any questions you might have. I've only had my first session, but I am genuinely excited to continue the laser journey and see the results! If you're considering booking a treatment but are a little nervous like I was, go for it!
