The beauty hub is always clean, tidy and a good standard of hygiene is maintained. The decor gives a relaxing and organised feeling. The ladies who work there are all very welcoming, friendly and respectful, especially Fatima and her daughter in law. They are very understanding and accomodate for ladies who wear a Hijab or ladies who would like privacy so that they feel more comfortable whilst having their face threaded/waxed etc. Just let one of the ladies know beforehand and they will respect this. Fatima ensures the aftercare of the facial treatments is applied and is so soothing. It's like having a face massage which is good for blood circulation. I would highly reccomend Belleza beauty Hub. Their prices are very reasonable and treatments are done to a high standard. Service: Waxing

First time going there was annoyed at first because I had to wait after coming back from the Cashpoint but the lady is great at customer service she didnt follow into my emotions but enlightened it and asked how I am which took away my nuisance I had . Love the service I got had full face threading and eye brows tinting which am very glad I cannot see a hair as I usually had issues with others who do not seem to understand that I need 99% of hair removed when I ask for hair removal and not just 1% . So definitely going back again and again and for other treatments too. One other downside came with assuming I didnt want my change back rather than giving it me regardless so I just left it but the customer service , price and treatment outweighed the negative.
