The facial ruined the whole experienve for me. The therapist was planning to use steam and I requested her not to because none of the other therapists there have ever used it. She finished up and told me meet her downstairs. I checked my phone once I was out and saw that my total treatment had only lasted 1hr 7 mins and was supposed to be 1:30. I mentioned this to her and she told me that because I did not want the steam she finished early. I explained that I have never had it and still always get the full time I pay for. She apologized and offered to continue it and told me to get ready for the table again. She spent the next 10 mins doing a facial massage and the last 15 mins and re applied the same mask and serums/creams. I felt like I was just being fobbed off to complete the total time of the treatment and did not enjoy it at all.
I would have appreciated getting value for money for the total time I paid for. I usually get the 30 min package for massage and facial because it is cheaper but wanted to treat myself this time. I am not making that mistake again!
