I had really high expectations when coming here because there insta pics look really good, but I left feeling abit deflated she cut me because she was rushing through the appointment and the French tip is inconsistent due to her rushing I didnt think it was going to be a typical nail shop but it was, it just looks really nice on the inside

I didn't have the best experience here. I phoned in the morning and was told to come in and wait to be seen. When I got there, I was greeted by a gentleman he was very friendly and took me over to the nail bar to have my overlays done. I'm not sure if he was new to doing nails or maybe hadn't done a set of overlays before. My nails are very badly bitten and so there isn't much to work with I understand that. Every other nail place I've been to has always been able to build me a nail out of the acrylic paste though and shape them into a square which is what I always ask for. The man started putting the acrylic on my nail in the shape that they had been bitten in. I asked if he was going to file them all to look square. The lady who was working next to him said they can't get my nails to the shape I want because they are too short. I let him carry on as I was curious as to how they were going to turn out. Another lady who worked there came over and started speaking to the man in a different language and then he started going over the acrylic he had just put on with more acrylic and ended up giving me what I asked for in the first place. I was obviously happy about this as this is what I'd asked for. I was just a little shocked that I was told they couldn't do that for me when every where else I've ever been has always been able to and then ended up giving me the result I wanted anyway. The whole time I was there I was very confused on what was going on. Probably just a lack of communication but I'd expect more off such a highly rated salon and made to feel a little more welcomed. I probably won't be returning here again nor would I recommend.
