Always have an amazing experience here. Lovely ladies who work here. Very talented and really nice to talk to. I took my toddler in to get his hair cut. He normally hates it. They kept him calm and relaxed and gave him a toy from back to keep him occupied! Their service is next to none and after having an awful experience at phase 2 in Northfield, going here was a welcome change. Won't use any other hairdressers now

Went there last week and asked for my hair to be ombrd. After my hair was finished the hair dresser had curled my hair so I couldnt see the actual state my hair was left it. It did look beautiful until the following day when I washed and dried my hair. I was under the the impression that ombr is a beautifully blending hair colour style. Not patchy, blocky and just an out right mess. I went back to get it fixed yesterday she moved my parting to a place I didnt even want it to be, and said that I have to have it there even though I didnt even want it there. She applied some bleach and didnt even leave it on long enough for it take effect. Because I was that fed up I just said it was fine but my hair still looks like a first month college student done it.
