Attempted to drop my brother off for his 9.20am appointment and we were greeted with locked doors and lights off. Waited around until 9.40, still no one turned up, ended up calling the phone number on the front door and were told we would have to wait half an hour. We ended up recieving a refund and the promise of a free haircut in the future so we attempted to book in again for another day. Turned up a few weeks later for a prebooked 9.20am appointmemt and we were again greeted with the barbers being closed (lights off and locked doors). Called up again and were told we would have to wait for the barber to arrive despite having prebooked the appointment. Ended up cancelling the appointment. Completely unprofessional to have happened once let alone twice and from the other reviews here this seems to be a reoccurring experience for customers. Really dissapointing and so unprofessional.
