I went in on New Years Eve for a haircut and sat down. I was in a rush as I was catching a train and he had 2 barbers cutting hair and some customers waiting. After a few minutes I decided to leave and got a local shop to get something and said to him I would return in a while. I went back after 10 minutes and sat down again. The proprietor who was cutting hair obviously had something hot and spicy lodged in his backside that was burning as he decided to stop cutting his customers hair completely out of nowhere and in front of the whole shop said to me if you want to go and get your haircut next door, leave. Im serious, if you want to go there Ill charge you more This clown couldnt take the fact he has local competition, no understanding of manners or service or how free market capitalism works. Plus his music is foreign and awful. In the end I went around the corner and did get my haircut by a friendly barber instead. Will never go here and wouldnt recommend because of their poor attitude. The owner is an absolute clown, stick with local British run barbers instead who understand that haircut is a service and take pride in their business.
