Went here for my birthday, added in the notes it was my birthday, saw another table for a birthday plate, didnt supply me with one, ordered calamari as a starter, was chewy and stringy, ordered a med rare steak, came as med well, no one offered sauces, was no check back. I dont blame the waiter as there was only one or two servers and they didnt have enough time to serve all the tables that were there.. youd think a place like that would have more servers on do deliver the service that youd want which we paid 15 for basically nothing. Super disappointed, tried not to let it ruin my birthday but it kinda did. Wont be returning

Came for a meal on 2/5/23 the restaurant was empty. We were charged extra for sitting by the window (removed after complaining) the food was thr worst I have had from here. I had the fillet steak. I ordered medium rare and it came out more medium well. My wife medium came out super well done (burnt) the steak portion was tiny. The peppercorn sauce was more like water and tasted very diluted. As the restaurant was empty the service was slow. Such a shame as we were there celebrating a special occasion and our bill was just under 400. On this occasion A Standard Miller and Carter would of been better.

Parking: Hard to find and very expensive. Wheelchair accessibility: Lift to 25th floor and no steps, accessible toilets very clean.
