        Ive been with the Coventry Building Society for a number of years. I use the local Chelmsley Wood branch and the staff are great. Very people friendly and helpful with their services they offer. Professional with their business and experience. No hard selling, just willing to chat and listen to their customers needs.

        Very unprofessional , very poor attitude as my mother went in here today , been account holder over 40 years , asked for 20 notes , gave her 10 notes , attitude was pompous by young male colleague , we wont be using them again ,Also why place money back in account and then do transaction all over again !!! Ridiculous AVOID inexperienced staff !!
