Im very disappointed, I come with simple case, which should be done in 5min. I waiting for my declaration of closing ISA accounts, more than one week. Every day I come and ask what is the progress, always heard, come next day. I still waiting and dont have any response. I spoke with my friends who bought before the house and they need this same paper from bank and they never have problem from barclyes or Halifax. I can say when I will finish buying the property I will change the bank.

I had a rather time-consuming credit card query and received help from Thandine on both occasions that I came to the bank. He was extremely polite, professional, and reassuring, and he helped to resolve the issue. In all, good old-fashioned service which we see very little of these days. Thanks again Thandine for your personal help. I doubt that I could have done this over the phone. R.N.
