Only used twice and never had any problems with staff. Will be using again later to deposit funds into my account. About 30 mins walk for me but worthwhile. Harborne branch is supposed to be closer to me but I prefer this branch.

Extremely abrupt and patronising member of staff named Joyce. Provided some obsolete advice, saying I should have withdrew money through an ATM, despite needing specific notes which the ATM wouldnt have provided. Terrible service and the attitude of the staff needs to be addressed.
