Went on a Saturday morning, unhelpful, uninterested and poor customer service.

Generally the staff are helpful at the entrance by the screens . But I chose to put a cheque through by using the Counter staff, I was told I should use a self service screen. Since when is the customer obliged to use a screen ? I am giving Barclays money, been a customer since 1998. The screens don't always recognize hand writing and so I went straight to the kiosk. Where I was told it was OK this time but not next time !!! I'm very close to moving my bank accounts . How about I was waiting patiently for some time while they chit chatted to the customer in front of me , how about SORRY YOUVE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG !! IF your app worked better for cheques I wouldn't have to go in person to the bank Yours disgruntled

Dont offer a counter service so couldnt do a pretty basic function that should be offered.

Worst Barclays bank out there only 1 counter open but 3members of staff just standing thereand if you have notes to put in you should be able to pay in at the counter not where they say

After reading all the Bad and Terrible reviews for the Barclays Bank Longbridge branch I was hesitant on visiting but Ive had to write this to say dont believe everything you read. The staff are so friendly and helpful I cant praise them enough. Thank you
