        Waited over 20 minutes to get a statement printed for an upcoming interview. 1 person and 1 pc working. Only 2 people were ahead of me. 3 stars as David was very helpfulb Systems were down sadly store is like a sauna!!!!!

        I got to the short que instore and a man that thought he had some power over me took it upon himself to tell me someone else was before me(Which they weren't) because she was slower ...seriously it wouldn't happen in any retail store or driving, you'd pass a slow driver... first in first served, that's life. I will not use this bank again. The customer was rude too but I guess the area speaks for itself. Apparently I also can't reopen my savings account must do it online or make an appointment. Complete joke I was already there and the lady just didn't know how to do it as she tried and I'm not making an appointment when she'd already started the process and I'm there. And it wouldn't work from my mobile that why I'd come into store. Terrible service!!
