        Very rude staff. Plain and simple. Thought it might have been just me, but after having a quick chat with other customers, it seems to be the way in which they work.

        I have never had a issue with the members of staff like other reviewers have.. My only issue is with the opening hours, 9.30-2 mon-fri then closed of a weekend? When are people that work meant to use the counter service?

        Waiting to be served for some time, one of the cashiers was sitting there with his eyes closed and a customer being served at other till said to me that he was asleep, he then opened his eyes and put the piece of paper on the desk in front of him in his pocket and then decided to serve me. I said I wanted to pay my credit card and he said that they did not accept third party cheques. It was not a third party cheque, it was my own cheque to pay my credit card bill. The other cashier said cheques are accepted. I said I had been paying my credit card bill this way for a long time. He said that he could show me a quicker way of paying it and asked me to put my credit card in the machine and press enter when it displayed the amount I was paying. As far as I am concerned I take my credit card bill and cheque to the counter and it is the cashier who processes it, so there is no quicker way. I think he needs extra training on customer service skills as he was very rude.
