        Please forgive the few adverse criticisms I've made in the past - I did my usual Monday Bank today, and it was smooth and easy. Two cashiers .. I have known it to be three in recent times .. and parking on the doorstep. This branch deserves 5 stars. It's sad to hear that it's threatened with closure. It serves one of the most deprived areas in B'ham, with one of the oldest populations in Europe. The next nearest Barclays branches are miles away. - and the biggest one, Sutton, rarely has more than one cashier. I imagine that it's about pounds and pence ... but there'll be a lot of disenfranchised customers. Unhappy customers may be tempted to look elsewhere.

        2:30 the tills close for withdrawal of cash. The cashiers act like they are working as bill gates personal advisors.
