        Dont usually do reviews but the other day I went into this bank to change my address and order a new card, I thought it would be straight forward only to find out the women at the help desk wasnt helpful and I found her customer service to be rude. Ive called customer service to find out where my card is, to be told it hadnt been ordered and the address she put in for my new address was wrong. I understand we make mistakes but when your reading a simple ID card with my address on it shouldnt be too hard. My point here is that my card and PIN number could of gone to the wrong address which would of put my account in a vulnerable position. Staff need to be more vigilant when entering details of customers in future!
