Inconsistent service. I use this branch to pay off my mom's credit card. Some days they'll accept payment without issue, others they'll request the presence of a manager and the lazier cashiers will outright refuse. They'll claim they have regulations, but why aren't 2/3 of staff applying them? Useless.
