        I have had an account with BOB Soho Rd for nearly 20 years and they have always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The staff and management are very friendly and accommodating and they will go out of their way to resolve any issues I might have and always get things done efficiently and promptly. Even if I have any work to do with my India NRI accounts the Birmingham Branch will always help and advise me to settle any concerns quickly and satisfactorily. My banking experience with them has always been excellent.
