        Very very poor customer service. Only went in to book an appointment for myself and dad so I can put my name on his bank account spent nearly 15 minutes at the counter. My dad has banked at this branch for over 30 years and the staff at the desk told me he details were not on the system!! Pathetic service never go there again!
