        Kanta was amazing, friendly, and professional; job done as it should. The issue with the branch is around the short opening times and being closed three days a week.

        Staff and customer service is good but as Barclays is fuelling the climate crisis right now with huge amounts of investment in fossil fuels, they get one star! I want my bank to be socially responsible - not just to pretend to be. Have switched to the co-operative as the customer service is brilliant, they managed the switch completely (it was so easy!) and they bank responsibly!. Recommend others do the same.
