        Needed money to buy a car at a great deal. No cashiers at this branch, went to next nearest branch West brom. No cashiers again, lost the car. You would think one feature of a bank is to take out your own money. Rang HSBC waited 20m with a premiere account, was told nearest bank is Birmingham Town centre which is 4 miles away to take out my own money. What a joke of a bank will be taking my 30k out and go elsewhere.

        Poor customer service and rude staffs. No cash in counter as well. Will recommend to no one. Card stucked inside twice in cash deposit machine. No one came to help for half an hour. Total rubbish.
