Do you have to wear a mask ?
I was absolutely gobsmacked.
Restrictions have been lifted and clearly it is not mandatory to wear masks however she shoved a box at me to put one on .I obliged as I didnt want to cause a fuss. Had I have been standing in a queue waiting I would have understood but for a 2 min job it was not necessary and was uncomfortable to be spoken to rudely.
Halifax Coventry road , teach your staff some manners .shall not be returning to this branch again Solihull high street staff are clearly trained better .a simple hi hello how can I help cam make such a big diff
