        I have been to the bank for about 6-7 times in a row. Being a student its hard to go running around with documents to the bank repeatedly. They either tell me that they want specific address or just say that its their closing hours, so I need to come the other day. Are we that useless that we can skip everything anytime and go to the bank?

        Meant to be open at 9am, arrived around 9.05 am and still not open. Waited around in the rain for about 10 minutes and still no one even inside the place. Absolutely the worst branch of lloyds I've ever been too. The more I deal with lloyds bank, the more I'm considering to close my accounts and bank with someone else. Disgusting service!

        The staff was absolutely lovely and sorted out everything that was thrown at them. I couldn't recommend it enough!

        1. Wait for a month after opened the account to get the card. The reason was the staffs forgot to order the card. 2. Sent me the invalid activation code for twice. Spending too much time on connecting their supporters, bad experience.

        Staff informed me that I should receive my debit card in 5 working days. Found out today via the app that no card was arranged to be sent to me and I had to wait for another 5 working days. What's going on?
