(Translated by Google) From my personal experience, whether it is a telephone consultation or going to the counter to go through the formalities today, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly. I also hesitated for a long time whether to apply for a Bank of China card. The reason for the hesitation is also seeing some negative comments about them. Although the information they require is indeed stricter, it has nothing to do with the staff. Each bank has its own rules and regulations, and to recognize this brand must abide by its principles. Thank you very much for today's staff, ! (Original)

Absolutely terrible bank. All there systems are incredibly dated and a bureaucratic nightmare. The Online banking is a joke (forget using Apps and devices) and everything you want to do takes forever and needs paper forms posted to the branch. They are incredibly frustrating to deal with and all staff and mangers are completely uninterested in any constructive feedback. Bank of China is the epitome of Computer Says No Avoid, avoid, avoid. My worst ever bank of any Ive ever used.
