Can you believe it? Theres only 3 customers queuing in front of me but Ive waited 40 minutes just to get to the desk! NO WONDER YOU GUYS ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS! It only took me 5 minutes in Lloyds!? I will definitely switch away from this lousy bank
