50% chance you'll get there and the branch has been closed due to "technical reasons". I can't recall how many times I've driven there on my lunch hour from work to pay some money in only to find this. The cash paying in machine was operational, but I was still not allowed in to use it, along with many others, as "an engineer" had been called for an issue that for whatever reason can't be communicated with us the customer. And no, driving to Acocks Green is not a suitable choice thanks.

I wish I got the name of the woman letting everyone out of the branch today. What an awful woman and no empathy or compassion. We came in as a customer, then on the way out my daughter was unsettled. She needed a feed. I sat on one of the seats at the back to feed my daughter to settle her. The lady closing the branch walks over and tells me to leave. I explained I needed 2 more minutes as I was feeding my daughter. Clearly not a good enough answer because she then went on to explain I could have gone to the coffee shop next door and I shouldn't be feeding her here. I explained I came in as a customer and that my daughter became unsettled. She then went onto say they are closing and have a job to do. I looked around and there were still people queuing for the counter. I cannot believe I was being kicked out of the branch when there were still other people here and especially as she could see I was feeding my 3 month old baby. It was also pouring down with rain outside. I will not be coming back to this branch ever again.
