        I have never had any issues with UBL Birmingham until now. The Stratford road branch is closed with no notice or explanation. I have sent emails and also rang several time but no one answers. This is simply not good enough.

        The issue regarding my account had been going on for a while, however when I spoke to the manager it was looked into seriously and very quickly and successfully resolved. Thank you

        I have UBL account in Pakistan... I called the Birmingham branch so i could set up online banking.. i was told UBL UK has no Link with UBL Pakistan... I will need to ring Pakistan and get them to set it up... Why are you are using the same name...? Its very deceiving... Added Note, i am now in Pakistan. The UBL branch manager has told me the UK UBL branch should have sorted your issue. We regularly receive applications from UK to activate Pak UBL accounts.. Very POOR service from UBL UK Birmingham !!
