NatWest

The women staff in this branch are rude and abrupt, they lack any customer service skills. Natwest is a decent bank overall but thus branch has the worst staff. Also pay in machines are regularly not working. No deposit envelopes available. 1 out of 3 cashiers open, long queues. Staff look depressed. Something is not right here. I hope natwest take this review on board and make changes.

I visited yesterday mainly to get some gardening supplies from Wilko, I needed to pee and I'd factored in using one stop conveniences, they were barricaded off, apparently permanently I was forced to buy a coffee I didn't really want just to have a pee. On the one shop website they claim to offer "convenience and value"

Staff have literally no knowledge when dealing with bereavement. They put me in a side room, left me in a room to wait on the phone until the phone was answered by their nat west bereavement team. My mother had just died... How cold and heartless was that!!

This is my bank and I see a lot of one stars, it's a very busy bank more so because many have closed down but the staff are doing the best they can and are very helpful, I would give 5 stars if you wasn't so busy lol. Keep up the good work

I came this am and the woman on the cashier desk couldn't manage a good morning! Isn't this something normal let alone customer focused
