        Visited yesterday monday branch was closed no notice on the window no explanation at all one angry customer got staff attention who retorted there was a emergancy in branch he was extremly rude and aggresive no need at all for that at all times you must be profesional when dealing with the public this is the only branch in birmingham and at times is awful falls well below the standards this bank should have things need to change quickly or loose customers

        My dad went today to withdraw his pension at the till. He has a hearing difficulty but he had all the documents and ID yet he was refused to access his money. Ridiculous service
