        I normally do most of the banking online, a refund came through as cheque, went to deposit during lunch hour. 3 counters open, 2 were serving old customers and one young lady was working on some cash. Wait was nearly 10-15 min, no issues with the wait timing. I was called by the young lady who was cashing, in a very rude manner, no hello, no smile, no eye contact, looked like she wanted to deal with me in 2 min and throw me out. No professionalism, have been banking with them for almost 15 years, will never visit this branch again, even though it is close to where I live. Pathetic customer service.

        What a terrible bank all i wanted was change for a 20 note as i had no small change for the charity next door to be told they wouldn't change it as i don't bank with them, the experience made my mind whether i should bank with them in the future no way dreadful
