        Staff are friendly very long wait time waited over 20 mins one person behind customer service desk . Very long wait time. Especially at 10:00 in the morning

        Visited today. Waiting 50 mins for a person to see me regarding my account in the seating area. Was told it would be 15 mins. Had to get up and join the queue eventually fed up of waiting. Could have done that 50 mins ago. Not enough staff to support customers on a Saturday. Bank is only open 9:30 -12:30. The only branch in the city. Its common sense to have more staff on a weekend to handle rush hour Saturday. Unacceptable.

        Every other bank shuts later than these in a weekend. One I finish work I can't get into the bank to deposit money.... Poor opening hours
