Dylon was very quick to help us on our issues and got them immediately resolved and also gave us honest advise on some of the sbi products which we were never aware of.         Spoke to a gentleman by the name of Kalam on the phone about opening up a bank account, he was very understanding for my needs and was able to go back on his promise to give me a call to see if everything was okay. Amazing service thank you!

        Sikha Sharma, is a star! SBI you have to be proud in having her. She was so polite, patient, professional and lovely and helped us in operating the locker and with the Yono App. I instantly felt a connect with her. I wanted to write a good review for her right there, asked for a form, but she said 'I am just doing my job mam'. So I made up my mind to come home and write! Please can you let her know, how much we appreciated her? God bless you Shikha!
