I cannot give thanks enough to raina and panama for their excellent customer service and their ability to serve me in a timely manner. They were able to reassure and help me to resolve any issues and went out their way to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. Definitely would recommend.

I cannot describe this banks excellent customer service , I have never been more impressed, when I enter the bank , there's always someone there to ask you and question you on what you need or what your looking for , and customers are treated with respect no matter what . I was very happy with this one particular staff , Heli Mehta. She took her time with me and did whatever she could to get what I need , she was speaking very politely and was one of the most kindest staff ive seen .

worse branch from tsb abdul and nasreen was so rude. they had staff roaming around but not bother serve customer. i waited 30min withdrawn cash to counter.

If you cant accept cash over counter after 4pm and no customer service staff after 4pm then you may as well consider the branch closed at 4pm and tell your customers this....instead of allowing somebody to waste 1.5hrs of their time with a pointless trip to and from your branch because they thought you were open to serve customers until 5pm!
