        Useless branch keeps referring you to th Bearwood branch everytime you have simple query. I don't know what they are doing there.

        What a waste of time. The kids have saved their money, counted it out and put it in bags. We go down the local branch... "We don't deal with cash here". A bank that doesn't deal with cash sounds like a comedy sketch. Closing kids accounts and moving to Nationwide.

        Went to Harborne shopping but needed to get cash out from Halifax only to find it closed again what a surprise. Had to use outside machine which I don't like using as don't feel safe doing that. All I can say is you are a bank or not

        Absolutely useless. Open 9.30 to 15.30, so you have to go at lunchtime if you work standard hours. But now they randomly close at lunchtimes too (but don't post anywhere that this is the case!). Pathetic.
