Went in as advised by Lloyds customer services over the phone due to a potential card fraud. No one able to help at the branch and all they could do was put in me a room with a call to customer services again. I was left alone in the room on the phone for over an hour. Not one single soul came in to check if I was alright. Imagine my distress! I managed to get someones attention while in a queue to speak to card fraud on the phone for over 20mins, and all she said to me was do you want to phone them from home? When I finally finished the phone call I walked out of the branch without any member of staff asking if I had sorted my issues or asking if I was okay. The lack of knowledge, professionalism and sympathy just shocked me! I gave one star only because this review wont let me post this otherwise.
