        Really Bad service. Cut long story short The staff did not have any willingness to help you at all. With all due respect most of the staff is near to there pension age and have interest to do anything Simple as.

        Tried to call customer service to ask a simple question not related to my account. Not a chance. After 4.5 minutes having to give my dob, account detils etc to a machine i was on hold for 25 minutes and still no answer. Gave up and took my 16k elswhere. stuff lloyds. very bad service. got a 140 bonus for moving to Santander who answered and helped in under 3 minutes. If you want a helpfull bank that cares lloyds is not the answer.

        Had to go up Lloyds bank Castle bromwich today another scam someone trying to hack in my account. Debbie was wonderful trying to help cancelled my card.Many thanks all in these trying times
