The Cottage

Ordered at 5.50pm.... was told 6:20-6:30pm delivery time. I called 3 times, kept being told it'll be there in 15 minutes, girl on the phone sounded like she didn't have a clue what was going on, answered the phone just saying hello, didn't say the cottage or how can I help, just hello which made me doubt I called the right number... 8pm still no food... Tried to call again, couldn't get through. Pathetic service. Asked for refund, they refused. Food eventually arrived at 8:10, delivery guy stated it was due to be delivered at 7:50 which was clearly a lie. Food was cold and just not worth it in the end.

This place useful to be amazing Just ordered 2 curries. Tasteless. Rang and complained, they said changed management but still same chef but it may have been the second chef that cooked it.

Absolutely disgusting service, waited nearly 3 hours to be told 3 times it was on the way, when I requested money off the bill they declined and said they was stuck in traffic which was a lie as I only live 5 minutes from the place, when it came it was cold, will never use them again

Second time ordering from The Cottage. Fantastic food and the same for service. Delivery drivers are really pleasant. Shall be ordering on a regular basis !

Ordered food for take away. Food good but let down by person taking order. Menu states 10% off for collections and free poppadoms, mint sauce and onion for all orders. Had to ask for 10% discount and never saw the poppadoms etc. Doesn't deliver on what they advertise
