Food is good, service not so. Had to repeat my order twice and still got it wrong then slagging me off to a colleague while I'm standing there. Some people need to turn the volume up when they come in here? Fine, just won't come in here

Even when quiet there's a good five minute wait to be served. Without fail whenever I've visited there's been some sort of argument based around a manager telling off a staff member in front of customers. Poor professionalism on the manager's part.
