Tried to buy a used ECU for my poorly 2004 Vito van on their Ebay site advertised as 100 'or make an offer'. Made an offer, received counter offer of 98. I sent a further offer of 85 asking could they help me with a better deal as its Xmas, mid December and I needed my van as busy time. Tried calling several times to discuss or buy through their website but couldn't get through.
I couldn't believe my eyes when they INCREASED the price to 130 removing the offer option too. Not very nice.
Another reviewer states they increased their agreed price to him, going back on their word. Ask yourself what kind of Customer Service they would give you, and proceed with caution.
