Turbo Vanes "Turbo Actuator" / "Diesel Injectors"

Mk8 transit need I say more. The big proper transit and RWD. Had a turbo actuator issue as the linkage had seized. Now these vans are a nightmare to work on designed so most have to go to a garage but I enjoy fixing my own. I worked out you can split the turbo to access the actuator. So ordered from Turbo vanes as its OE parts. New part arrived super quick. Then I had an issue the linkage did not fit. Phoned them and unlike most companys that tell you to take it to a garage they advised me on a simple procedure and yes it worked. I appreciate old fashioned help when your about to torch the vehicle. They have been very patient with me and always answered any question I ask. The return your old faulty part actually makes it on par with the rubbish Chinese copys when it comes to peace of mind and a proper warranty. Im probably a nightmare customer but unfortunately for them if I have issues I know were I will go rather than trying to save money. Thank you guys your saving me a hell of a lot of money when pennies are tight.

Tried aftermarket actuators ,no use,sent original unit for repairs back in 3 days,fitted and the car now runs better than ever.Very pleased with the service offered by Turbo Vanes

I ordered a replacement turbo actuator for my E320cdi wagon. You cant buy this part separate from the Turbo from Mercedes-Benz, it cured the problem and saved me nearly 2000. The actuator was received within a day, I sent back my old one and they refunded the 100 surcharge, I didnt have to chase which is unusual these days. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
